Your Support Matters!
Last Mile Education Fund addresses the gap in financial resources for tech students from financially vulnerable communities. This untapped but high-potential group is a readily available and capable untapped pool of talent.
For many high potential tech students close to the finish line, a small investment can mean the difference between graduating or dropping out.
WHAT IF WE INVESTED IN THIS UNTAPPED TALENT POOL To Address the talent crisis in the technology and engineering fields?
According to the Education Data Initiative, financial struggle is the number one reason students cite for dropping out of college. Family obligations are the second.
The Last Mile Education Fund takes an abundance approach, disrupting traditional scholarship programs by identifying and investing in as many young people as possible committed to tech and engineering fields, helping them overcome obstacles with just-in-time funding and social support.
Since 2020, Last Mile has invested over $12M to support 10,000 tech and engineering students in their ‘last mile’ to a degree, achieving an unprecedented 74% graduation rate. An average investment of just $1200 per person can get a striving student over the last mile to a degree and a career.
Your support is vital in addressing the critical needs of our students. Together, we can help more students cross their 'last mile' in education, paving the way for an innovative future in tech and engineering that serves us all.
DONATE NOW AND HELP US UNLOCK THE FULL POTENTIAL OF striving STUDENTS IN TECH AND ENGINEERING.

YOUR SUPPORT CAN CHANGE LIVES AND SHAPE THE FUTURE OF TECHNOLOGY.
“Last Mile has allowed me to complete my undergraduate studies and build a larger educational network. I wouldn’t have been successful at obtaining my degree without the final push from Last Mile, because I would most likely have had to pick up another job and reduce or eliminate my studies.””
